RMIG acquires 100% of the British company UAI Ltd
We are pleased to announce that RMIG has now acquired 100% of the British company United Automotive Interiors Ltd, making them fully part of the RMIG Group. The acquisition of the remaining 49% took effect from 10th April 2018.
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome all customers of UAI to RMIG. We look forward to providing you with top quality products and a high level of customer service from our world of perforation.
UAI will now be known as RMIG Automotive Ltd.
